Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Overview: We're seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a collaborative recruiting team where you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services organization. Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. This is an individual contributor position that will manage full lifecycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams within the Services organization, including Advisors & Consulting Services and Customer Success. You will be a strategic talent advisor, attracting, engaging, assessing, and closing top talent across the US and Canada. You'll partner with our sourcing and recruitment marketing teams, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to hire mission-critical individuals who drive our business forward. Role: • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience • Build strong partnerships with Services and TA colleagues and leadership to understand talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies • Develop and manage direct sourcing plans and talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, leveraging market intelligence and recruitment tools • Conduct candidate outreach and screening, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process • Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on talent trends, competitive insights, and best practices to drive effective hiring decisions • Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s TA processes, systems, and documentation standards • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness • Stay current on industry trends and continuously evolve sourcing and hiring strategies All About You: • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a matrixed, global organization • Experience hiring for roles such as Management Consultants and Customer Success Managers is preferred • Strong ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels, with a consultative and data-informed approach • Skilled in sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn and CRM tools; familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus • Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • High business acumen and a collaborative mindset • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
