Overview
As the Account-Based Experience (ABX) Manager for Canada, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional, personalized marketing experiences across our most strategic enterprise accounts. This role blends the strategy of ABM with the executional rigor of field and event marketing to drive regional pipeline and expand customer relationships.
You’ll partner with Canadian sales leaders to create relevant, localized experiences—from insight-driven campaigns to high-touch events—that align with AvePoint’s position as the leading next-gen data security company. Your focus will be on building strong account engagement, accelerating the buyer journey, and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy & ABX Execution:
Build and execute localized ABX programs focused on top-tier accounts in Canada
Develop tailored marketing experiences that support sales objectives and drive pipeline momentum
Align marketing tactics with Canada-specific market trends and compliance needs
Event & Field Marketing Leadership:
Plan and lead customer-first events including roundtables, conferences, and executive forums
Represent the AvePoint brand at key in-region engagements to elevate our thought leadership
Sales Alignment & Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate with the Canadian sales team to identify target accounts and prioritize engagement tactics
Act as a strategic advisor to sales, providing marketing insights and tools to support account plans
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Define KPIs focused on account engagement, pipeline generation, and expansion metrics
Use 6sense and other ABM tools to measure success and inform ongoing optimization
Qualifications:
5+ years in ABM, field marketing, or demand generation roles
Familiarity with the Canadian enterprise tech landscape and sales cycles
Experience managing cross-functional programs with measurable impact on pipeline
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
Proficient in marketing platforms such as Marketo, PowerBI, and 6sense
