Specific Duties:
Make friendly and professional outbound calls to veterinary clients, using top-notch communication skills to connect and assist
Lend a helping hand with gentle animal restraint when needed—because teamwork (and tails) come first
Keep our schedule running smoothly by following and updating the appointment system with precision
Jump in to answer incoming calls with a smile (yes, even over the phone!) during business hours
Handle inquiries from clients with enthusiasm and professionalism—first impressions matter and can lead to lifelong clients!
Respond to appointment requests submitted through our website—making convenience a priority for our clients
Assisting in x-rays, vaccine preparation, and note taking
Keep tails wagging by booking re-checks, annual exams, surgeries, and more—keeping our patients on track for great health
Be a champion of exceptional client and patient care—bringing a positive vibe to every interaction
Share in our love for animals—because caring for them is at the heart of everything we do

Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Empathy and compassion for both clients and their animal companions
Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
Required Training/Knowledge:
Proficient with computers
High school diploma
Excellent written and verbal communicator
