As a Marketing Associate, you’ll support both owned and industry event
activations and assist the Marketing Manager in executing the North America
marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Support industry event planning and sponsorship deliverables, booth
logistics, shipping, and planning on-site activations
- Execute and plan owned events, brainstorm ideas, research and brief
potential vendors and venues
- Support tracking and reporting on marketing campaigns/events - working with
the growth team to ensure all the campaigns are measured
- Research opportunities in North America markets for possible industry events
sponsorship opportunities
- Develop short-form content: Event descriptions, social media posts, direct
mail copy, and landing page copy
- Design event collateral: Brochures, signage, banners, and branded materials
to support on-site marketing efforts
- Administrative and coordination duties are also required as part of the role
Qualifications
- Minimum 2- 3 years experience in marketing or administrative roles, keen for
a new and exciting challenge
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and prioritizing conflicting
deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong multitasking abilities
- Skilled at managing multiple small projects simultaneously
- Proficient in G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Experience with budget management, including processing POs and invoices
- Collaborative mindset and consistently positive attitude
Bonus
- Exposure to B2B marketing background
- Industry experience in Media / Advertising Technology
- Experience with Concur, Canva, Builder.io [http://Builder.io] , and Adobe
programs

The hourly pay rate for this position is $27/hr - $30/hr.
