How You Will Make an Impact We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Senior Staff Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of sophisticated programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Staff Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive program success and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and run large-scale, sophisticated programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, prioritization, and risk management. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, finance, and operations, to ensure successful program execution. Identify and lead program risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Communicate program status, progress, and key milestones to customers and senior leadership through regular updates and presentations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements. Collaborate with team project managers to develop and implement successful execution strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the program lifecycle. Drive collaborator engagement and alignment, ensuring clear understanding of program goals, results, and expectations. Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. How Will You Get There? Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or related field of study; MBA would be preferred 10 years of demonstrated ability in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex programs. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Knowledge & Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams and customers. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in handling budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with GxP requirements considered an asset.
