Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager in the Partner Ecosystem Development team, you will lead the deployment of joint infrastructure solutions developed with leading technology and systems integration partners. Leveraging your strong understanding of data center systems—including power, cooling, and rack infrastructure—along with interconnection and hybrid IT architectures, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives that integrate partner-driven offerings into our global colocation portfolio. Your expertise will ensure efficient solution design, precise provisioning, and seamless go-to-market execution. This role blends product management, program delivery, and partner success—collaborating closely with customers, partners, and internal teams including Partner Development, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Service Management, Site Operations, Capacity Engineering, and Global Design & Construction. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating time-to-value for partners by ensuring their architectures are deployed, validated, and scalable within Platform Equinix, while meeting the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency in data center environments. Responsibilities Program Management & Technical Execution Lead the end-to-end delivery of partner solution deployments within Equinix Data Center facilities Serve as the program owner coordinating Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Site Ops, Capacity Engineers, Construction, and Legal to deliver partner-aligned infrastructure solutions Translate partner solution requirements into executable deployment plans—addressing power, space, cooling, interconnection, and hardware integration Drive execution across build, provisioning, and handoff phases, ensuring compliance with partner and customer specifications and internal standards Cross-Functional Alignment Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related activities tied to partner initiatives Align closely with key stakeholder teams to ensure deployment readiness aligns with customer, partner and sales milestones Capture partner feedback to inform product roadmap and operational playbooks Standardization & Scalability Develop and maintain repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling to scale partner deployments globally Contribute to partner program frameworks that support deployment readiness, solution service and support, and lifecycle governance Identify and resolve deployment blockers by collaborating with internal engineering, operations, and product teams. Reporting & Communication Provide executive-level visibility into deployment program timelines, risks, and outcomes Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate stakeholder communications throughout the program lifecycle Contribute to partner solution catalogs and internal knowledge bases to scale program impact Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical product management or program management within a partner, infrastructure, or ecosystem development environment Experience managing the deployment of complex infrastructure solutions with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders Strong understanding of data center systems (power, cooling, rack infrastructure), interconnection, and hybrid IT architectures Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, site ops, and business teams Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills Experience working with or alongside technology partners (OEMs, cloud, networking, integrators) is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or PMP a plus The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: • Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Rhode Island: $136,000 to $204,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
