About the Role
The Coordinator, Program Recruitment plays a crucial role in driving enrollment
and revenue growth through effective lead generation, conversion, proactive
relationship-building, and persuasive advisory communications. This position
actively engages with potential applicants, guiding them enthusiastically
through the application journey, and matching their professional development
goals with our dynamic executive programs. Upcoming initiatives include
recruitment activities for the Digital Innovation and Leadership (DIAL)
programs, including webinars, targeted outreach, and personalized follow-ups,
working closely with industry and organizational partners. This role is central
to our success, directly influencing the growth and visibility of Executive
Education offerings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with exceptional
interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities. The ideal candidate
thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing positive energy and passion to
every interaction. A natural relationship-builder, this individual excels in
sales-focused advisory conversations, understands customer motivations,
maintains a well-organized pipeline, and effectively converts leads into
enrolled students. Strong organizational, administrative, facilitation,
training, and teamwork skills are essential, as is proficiency in writing
impactful copies, data analysis, CRM tools, and the ability to work effectively
with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and three years of related
experience in post-secondary student recruitment, program advising, professional
sales management, business development, marketing, or public relations, or an
equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence and persuade prospective applicants
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Account Engagement)
- Ability to analyze recruitment data to continuously improve performance
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage an efficient
recruitment pipeline
