The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful implementation, continuous optimization and ongoing system maintenance of our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) across the resort. This position will play a key role as the subject matter and technical expert, while providing guidance and support to various maintenance teams Collaborate closely with the Senior Planner, Maintenance to advance departmental goals and asset management initiatives. Coordinate, manage, and support EAMS implementation, product updates, and optimization efforts, including requirement gathering, data collection, configuration, testing, training, and data validation and migration. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational trends and improvement opportunities; design and generate reports and dashboards to inform strategic and operational decisions. Assist in developing and maintaining standardized maintenance procedures, SOPs, and best practices within the EAMS environment. Provide occasional maintenance planning support (e.g., work order creation, task scheduling) during team absences or high-demand periods. Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching. Provides feedback to leadership that influences the planning for future seasons. Understands departmental service standards, is receptive of training and communication to create revolutionary guest experiences and achieve departmental goals. Skillfully uses available resources, training and communication channels to achieve a highly productive, efficient environment with minimal downtime that produces high quality product(s) and service(s). WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? 3+ years’ experience with ERP/POS for Operations preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn a variety of new technologies required Strong project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong analytic skills and hands-on attention to detail. Requires practical knowledge specific to their job area and is receptive to feedback from leadership to further their own growth and expertise. Requires post secondary education or equivalent experience and 2 or more years.
