As a Payment Manufacturing Operational Integrator, you’ll play a key role in the Payments Delivery Management Department, ensuring that modernization efforts are aligned with manufacturing operations. You’ll act as the primary manufacturing representative for the operational rollout activities conducted as part of the Payments Modernization program. More specifically, you will be required to: Act as an owner of operational rollout activities for manufacturing. You’ll represent manufacturing issues, needs and operational realities in cross-sector forums. Pilot operational rollout activities in your sector, tracking their progress, highlighting cross-sector dependencies and facilitating discussions between stakeholders. Liaise between manufacturing operations teams and payment modernization teams Analyze the operational impacts of the changes that result from modernization projects Document and adapt processes to facilitate the integration of new solutions into day-to-day operations Help test and validate new solutions to ensure they work well in an operational context Contribute to change management by helping teams adopt new practices Coordinate operational deliveries, ensuring follow-up on activities, dependencies and timelines Facilitate the resolution of operational issues by acting as a point of contact between delivery teams and operations Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables, to ensure continuity of our operational processes in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes by proposing adjustments based on the lessons learned from the projects delivered What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
