We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Treasury
and Cash Collection team, focusing primarily on Cash Collection (80%)
and supporting Cash Management (20%) activities. This internship offers a
hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate treasury
operations, customer collections, and liquidity management within a dynamic and
fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Collection (80%)

Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of
outstanding invoices

Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to resolve
payment issues

Assist in preparing aging reports and analyzing overdue accounts

Support the escalation process for delinquent accounts in coordination with
Sales and Finance teams

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update internal
systems accordingly

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance collection
efficiency

Cash Management (20%)

Assist in daily cash positioning and forecasting across bank accounts

Support the preparation of weekly cash reports and dashboards

Help reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash allocation

Participate in treasury-related projects, such as bank fee analysis or
automation initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal cash utilization
Who You Are:
- You have strong communication skills, able to professionally communicate with
customers and internal teams via email and phone.
- You are highly organized and capable of maintaining accurate records of
collection activities.
- You are a quick learner, able to assist in preparing reports and supporting
treasury-related projects.
- You are able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including
Sales and Finance teams.
- You are eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate treasury operations,
customer collections, and liquidity management.
- You are able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
