The incumbent is a member of Purchasing Team. The Administrator, Purchasing and Inventory exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This role is responsible to create and input all purchase orders and stock keeping units for products purchased. Manage and assist with a variety of general office activities and data entry Creating purchase orders and item cards Sending interdepartmental communications regarding processing status of deliveries Coordinating pre-stickering with those vendors supporting the process Printing price/barcode labels Adjusting inventory in systems, as required Providing feedback to leadership that influences the planning for future seasons. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Post secondary education or equivalent experience an asset 1 year in item administration or data entry experience an asset Experience with perpetual inventory software; Microsoft Business Central experience preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Proven attention to detail Comfortable with mathematical calculations and analyzing/interpreting data.
