Join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager, where you'll lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our formulations pipeline. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects across Formulations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are aligned.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Supervise clerical staff to ensure project documentation is accurate and timely.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while keeping stakeholders informed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support broader technical strategies.
You have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent industry experience.
6–8 years of technical project management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing.
Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, SharePoint, and familiarity with ERP/QMS systems.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
