We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support our commitment to quality and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Sunday – Thursday, 10.00pm – 6.30am (flexible)
In this role, you will:
Perform in-process, finished product, and packaging inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and GMP standards.
Enter production data in the ERP system (Syspro) and generate Certificates of Manufacture.
Conduct GMP inspections, environmental monitoring, and support corrective actions and complaint follow-ups.
Contribute to departmental KPIs by tracking daily outputs and identifying SOP or procedural gaps.
Support QA coverage across shifts and multiple locations as needed.
You have:
At least 2 years of experience in NHP, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing OR a science-based post-secondary education.
Knowledge of GMP standards, particularly those outlined by the NNHPD.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Physical agility and comfort lifting up to 50 lbs; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are preferred.
