We’re looking for a Formulation Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead formulation trials and help develop manufacturing processes for both new and existing products. You’ll play a key role in driving efficient, cost-effective product development while supporting our strong commitment to sustainability across all operations.
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm (flexible)
In this role, you will:
Conduct benchtop and pilot-scale formulation trials for tablets and capsules
Develop and optimize manufacturing parameters for new and existing products
Operate and maintain R&D and formulation equipment
Document technical observations and assist in pilot and early production batches
Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and company safety standards
You have:
A high school diploma and 5+ years of tablet/capsule production experience
Hands-on experience with formulation and pilot production equipment
Strong knowledge of dry dosage forms (blending, tableting, encapsulation, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP/SharePoint knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
