Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in account management or sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
