Schedule: Permanent, Full Time
Includes evening and weekend availability

Bromwich+Smith offers federally regulated debt restructuring options to individuals, including consumer proposal and bankruptcy.
The Opportunity
As part of our Financial Solutions team, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals facing financial stress. You’ll listen with empathy, assess their unique situations, and guide them toward the best debt relief options available. Your work will directly impact lives, offering hope and practical solutions during difficult times.
What You’ll Do
Conduct thoughtful and thorough consultations by phone to understand each client’s financial challenges.
Clearly explain debt relief options and recommend the most suitable path forward.
Collect and organize personal and creditor information, complete necessary documentation, and ensure accurate data entry.
Collaborate with Licensed Insolvency Trustees to prepare files for client signings.

Engage with individuals reaching out for financial support, actively listening to their needs and guiding them toward personalized debt relief solutions with empathy and expertise.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service and positive client outcomes.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to team success.
Mentor new team members and participate in ongoing training and development.

Proven success in customer service or sales roles, with a commitment to ethical standards.

Comfort working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with personal finance concepts such as budgeting, credit, and lending.
Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in customer service or financial services.
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
Direct experience in customer service or sales
Willingness to complete or having completed the BIA Insolvency Administrator Course.
