Role Overview:
The Director, Clinic Operations is a key strategic and operational leader responsible for driving operational excellence across Rejuvenation’s national clinic network. This individual serves as the vital link between our clinic teams and head office, helping to translate strategic vision into scalable workflows, technology implementations, and exceptional patient service models.
Reporting to the President, the Director will oversee clinic efficiency, new site operational readiness, and the adoption of key technologies including AI-powered tools and patient engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations Leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between clinic managers and head office to ensure alignment of operational goals, service standards, and business performance metrics.
Partner with clinic leadership to assess operational needs, address pain points, and implement improvements across scheduling, patient flow, and treatment delivery.
Oversee the consistent execution of service delivery models across all locations, balancing clinical excellence with patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Workflow Optimization & Technology Integration
Lead the identification, design, and rollout of optimized clinic workflows, SOPs, and process enhancements to drive scalability and reduce inefficiencies.
Champion the adoption and implementation of advanced operational tools, including AI technologies such as TaliAI (clinical documentation) and Pomelo (patient communication & engagement).
Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance to ensure system integrations align with business and compliance requirements.
Strategic Alignment
Act as a strategic liaison between the Leadership Team and clinic operations to ensure field realities are represented in corporate decision-making and initiatives.
Drive accountability and change management by translating strategy into measurable action plans and KPIs at the clinic level.
Analyze operational data and develop insights to inform resource allocation, clinic performance reviews, and organizational planning.
Clinic Launch & Expansion
Oversee all operational components of clinic openings and acquisitions, including technology setup, staffing ramp-up, and workflow design.
Ensure new clinics are operationally ready and aligned with Rejuvenation’s standards from day one.
Support cross-functional teams (Medical, Marketing, HR, IT) in execution of pre-launch activities and go-live operations.
Role Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a business-focused program
7 – 10 years of proven experience in an Operational Leadership role, or similar
Dermatology, medical or cosmetic office experience is an asset but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong relationship building skills
Class 5 drivers’ licence
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines
