We are looking for a People Operations Intern who will be responsible for
supporting the People & Culture team with day to day administrative work and
data entry. You will be an integral part of the People team, working in
partnership with a variety of team members to provide support and help
streamlining our processes. Reporting to our Manager, Global Mobility you will
be a strong partner across our entire People Operations team.

What you'll be doing:
- Perform accurate and timely manual data entry across multiple internal HR
systems
- Organize and maintain confidential employee files and records (I9
verifications, onboarding, etc.)
- Support the People & Culture team with day-to-day administrative tasks and
documentation
- Assist with data validation and auditing to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Support in employee system validation; troubleshoot user access issues,
create and maintain backend tables
- Monitor team inboxes to help respond to employee and new hire questions
- Own the People ticket submission process for new hires, leaves and offboards
What you'll bring to the table:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical skills, aptitude to ramp up to new systems and understand
configuration.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources
or a related field.
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially
Sheets/Excel).
