Job Description What will you do? Coordinate across business groups to develop and facilitate key stakeholder presentations, including regular reporting (monthly, quarterly) and ad hoc materials for executive operating committees Partner with teams to understand strategic objectives and translate into measurable KPIs for tracking progress and success Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks, enhancing data collection methodologies and visualization techniques to drive business decisions Collaborate with technology teams to improve reporting tools and dashboards that effectively communicate strategic progress to various audiences Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, preparing insightful reports that inform strategic direction Lead planning of regular leadership meetings and offsites including forward planning, agenda setting, presenter coordination, material consolidation, and action item tracking Coordinate QTS wide Town Halls (global and for each region) – including all logistics, agenda and content. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analytics, reporting, etc. Self-starter, highly flexible, detail-oriented, comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity, ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and deliver with a great amount of accuracy and completeness Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organization Exceptional oral and written communication with a strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint Experience with data collection and visualization in Excel, Tableau, etc. Strategic thinker with exceptional planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity. Nice-to-have Financial Services or Technology experience Consulting Advisory Services, Strategy development and execution, and Business Process Management; Target operating model; Design thinking Frameworks and methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma.
