Our contact centres based in Joondalup and West Perth are currently looking for experienced customer service and sales consultants to join our teams supporting current and potential members with motor insurance products and roadside assistance services. The contact centre is open 7 days a week and the rostered shifts are Monday - Friday between 7.00am - 8.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm. This is a full-time opportunity working on average 37.5 hours per week Within this role you will: Be first point of contact for existing members with any questions, query updates or change or circumstance they may want to discuss. Process and support on average 50-60 inbound calls per day Support inbound sales enquiries from potential new members looking to discuss insurance products and services that RAC offer.
