The Opportunity
Position Summary:
This is a senior leadership position focused on enabling and supporting the
vision, mission, values, and strategic direction of Carewest as a member of the
Executive Leadership Committee. The incumbent has responsibility for the overall
development, integrity and promotion of the assigned clinical portfolio and
effective management of the designated site(s), working in partnership with
other clinical portfolios and corporate support services. As well, the incumbent
will be responsible for leading a clinical program, aligning practice, standards
of care, program planning across several sites with similar clinical services.
This position is responsible for promoting Carewest's culture of quality through
an unwavering commitment to customer service, innovation, managed risk taking,
accountability, and open, clear and timely communications.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a health related field required.

Relevant Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years successful
progressive experience in an operational leadership role in a health care
organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required. Prior
experience in community based rehabilitation or continuing care required.
