As part of StackAdapt’s Solutions team, you’ll be at the center of driving innovation within key verticals through the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Commerce Program Lead, the Analyst, Solutions will play a key role in bringing end-to-end solutions to life — supporting cross-functional implementation, enabling go-to-market readiness, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape how new capabilities are delivered to clients and scaled across the platform.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support the execution of end-to-end solutions by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders
Assist in implementing new solutions and workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and successful delivery
Identify process bottlenecks and help improve operational efficiency across solution development and deployment
Conduct research and data analysis to support the evaluation of new business opportunities and solution designs
Create and maintain documentation, templates, and internal resources to support repeatable and clear execution
Contribute to client-facing enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and RFPs
Monitor performance and adoption of deployed solutions; track key metrics and surface insights to the Solutions team
Support experimentation efforts by helping design and evaluate tests that inform solution optimization
What You'll Bring to the Table
1–2 years of full-time experience in strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, product, marketing/advertising, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record
Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving mindset, with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills; able to contribute to presentations and discussions with stakeholders
Interest or foundational knowledge of DSPs, programmatic advertising, or digital media (nice to have)
