We are looking for a Sales Representative with a background in payments processing, merchant acquisition, merchant services or POS sales to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will drive business development and merchant acquisition in the Montreal market. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-driven professional with a background in B2B sales or payment services, and a passion for helping businesses grow through smart payment solutions.
How you will contribute:
Identify and acquire new merchant clients through face-to-face outreach, phone, email, social media, local events, partnerships, and referrals within assigned territories
Understand client needs and deliver OTT Pay’s product presentations and customized proposals to potential clients
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and support onboarding
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with small and medium-sized business owners across various industries
Represent OTT Pay with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative sales approach
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings in the payments and fintech space
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, merchant services, payment processing, POS, banking, or financial services
Proven ability to self-generate leads and close deals in a competitive market
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to speak English and Chinese are strong assets
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Skilled in identifying customer pain points and offering customized solutions
Technologically savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRM tools, and digital platforms
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet sales quotas
Career-minded with a long-term interest in the financial technology or payment solutions industry
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
