Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve workflows. Use data insights to design and implement smart, sustainable solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change projects. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops. What You Bring Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years in business optimization or process improvement—ideally in waste management or environmental services. Strong Lean/Six Sigma skills with proven project management experience. Advanced data analysis capabilities and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset. Passion for sustainability and innovation.
