Job Description
Greet customers in a personalized manner and provide the 1861 experience;
Provide style advice based on customers’ personal preferences and build strong relationships with them;
Manage customer traffic;
Process transactions at the cash register, ensure the daily restock of the store, and handle daily tasks;
Ensure store maintenance, including cleaning and product display;
Work collaboratively with your colleagues.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
At least 2 years of customer service experience (fashion retail, an asset);
Passionate about fashion and social interactions;
Positive, able to manage priorities, and work independently;
Able to handle stress during peak hours;
Available at least on Saturdays or Sundays.
