How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The main purpose of this position will be to work in a welding and industrial gas Industry answering all customer inquiries as the first point of contact by phone , email and EDI systems. In addition to displaying excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills in a fast paced environment. Incumbents must have experience in an industrial environment and be able to answer customers' questions about welding needs. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well. Key job responsibilities: ? Receive and process customer orders (by phone, email, fax, website, etc.). Actively listen to customers to respond to all their requests and satisfy their needs; ? Propose alternative, complementary or new products and evaluate new applications or opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales; ? Monitor order status and ensure delivery deadlines are met; - Ensure after-sales follow-up with customers; ? Work closely with sales, logistics, procurement and administration to ensure customer satisfaction and adequate cylinder replenishment; ? Provide administrative support to account managers; ? Work with team and cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes. #LI-DNI ___ Are you a MATCH? Required qualifications and competencies ? High school diploma combined with 2 years of call center or customer service experience ? Prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding ? Computer literate ? In-depth knowledge of Oracle, SaleForce and Google would be considered an asset. ? Experience in customer service is essential ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Excellent customer service ? Priority and time management are a must.
