AppleOne is hiring for Embroidery Machine Operators in North York, ON.
Shift: Afternoon (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM)
Pay: $20/hr
Are you an embroidery professional with hands-on experience running Tajima or similar multi-head machines? We're looking for skilled Embroidery Operators to join our team on the afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Machines: Set up, run, and maintain embroidery machines to produce precise designs, primarily laser-cut letters and numbers.
Hooping & Preparation: Hoop garments and hats with accuracy, apply backing/stabilizers, and prepare items for embroidery.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for stitch quality, placement, and color accuracy. Correct any defects as needed.
Machine Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance, troubleshoot simple issues, and keep equipment running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of embroidery experience with Tajima or similar machines.
Knowledge of embroidery techniques, thread types, and fabric properties.
Ability to troubleshoot embroidery and machine issues.
Physically capable of lifting/moving boxes of garments and machine parts.
Detail-oriented and able to follow precise work orders.
