We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our usersāfrom grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofitsāas they run successful events on our platform.
š What Youāll Do:
Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team
š” What You Bring:
Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
Tech-savvy with great communication skills
Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
Strong attention to detail and organization
Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English

Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant
Remote work experience & self-starter mentality

Choose between:
4 x 10 hour days (ThuāSun, 11:30AMā9:30PM PT)
5 x 8 hour days (ThuāMon, 1:30PMā9:30PM PT)
