About the Role
We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented, and collaborative Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive success for our Off-Site Ads business. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue operations, enhancing workflows, and delivering data-driven insights to scale ad sales across platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and more.
This high-impact role requires strategic thinking and operational excellence, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and data teams to align processes and strategies with ambitious revenue objectives. The Revenue Operations team is a critical function of the Sales Capabilities & Strategy organization, whose overall mission is to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency by optimizing the power of data, technology and tools that will help build scalable end-to-end sales processes to fuel revenue growth.
About the Job
Partner closely with the off-site ads leadership team to strategize, design, and implement a comprehensive and impactful off-site ads strategy
Develop efficient workflows, tools, and processes that enhance sales productivity.
Standardize reporting and forecasting models for sales performance across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest)
Develop and Manage dashboards to track key revenue/pipeline metrics relevant to off-site such as impressions, click-to-conversion, pipeline-to-win conversion rates and more
Analyze historical campaign data across platforms to identify trends, predict performance, and recommend strategic adjustments
Deliver regular performance summaries to sales leadership, highlighting actionable insights and growth opportunities
Manage and optimize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and pipeline visibility for off-site
Serve as the operational liaison between sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent alignment on revenue strategies
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function. Experience in digital media advertising working across various digital channels and platforms is highly preferred (Meta, TradeDesk, Pinterest, etc)
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights, experience with campaign delivery and performance data a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements efficiently
Adept at working in cross-functional teams with a focus on aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and operate in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Salesforce systems
Understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and players

This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
