Sanoma Accounting Services (SAS) is een integraal onderdeel van de financiële afdeling van Sanoma Learning en is verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van Sanoma Learning. De afdeling telt ongeveer 55 financiële professionals verspreid over Europa, waaronder in Helsinki, Nederland en Polen. Onze expertisegebieden omvatten crediteurenadministratie (AP), debiteurenadministratie (AR), grootboekadministratie (GL), IFRS-rapportage, evenals lokale wettelijke boekhouding en fiscale naleving. Wij streven ernaar waarde toe te voegen aan ons bedrijf door middel van efficiënte en hoogwaardige boekhouddiensten. Wij willen de primaire partner zijn voor alle lokale boekhoudkundige vraagstukken en ervoor zorgen dat onze organisatie voldoet aan de lokale boekhoud- en belastingvoorschriften. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een vaste Finance Specialist in Nederland, die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de crediteurenadministratie van bepaalde dochterondernemingen van Sanoma Learning. In deze functie bestaan je dagelijkse werkzaamheden onder meer uit het verwerken van inkoopfacturen en betalingen, het afhandelen van vragen en escalaties, het onderhouden van de crediteurenadministratie, maandafsluitingsactiviteiten waaronder reserveringen, afstemmingen en interne controles. Je ondersteunt het beheer van leveranciersstamgegevens en het lokale travel & expense (EE)-proces, waaronder de verwerking van declaraties, creditcard- en corporate travel accountbeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met de inkoopafdeling, andere interne stakeholders en leveranciers. Je houdt de behoeften van onze klanten in gedachten en streeft er continu naar de dagelijkse PTP-processen te verbeteren en verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast neem je deel aan verbeterprojecten die verband houden met het PTP-proces.
