We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Logistics and Support Clerk to join our high-energy, collaborative Scanning Production Team. This role is essential to the successful delivery of major contracts, combining production support, transport logistics, and administrative responsibilities.
You’ll coordinate box transportation across Alberta, manage inventory, maintain accurate project tracking, and communicate directly with clients to ensure smooth operations. This position also involves hands-on production tasks and warehouse duties, requiring a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping Logistics
Schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments
Communicate with clients regarding box movement and updates
Maintain project databases and documentation
Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles
Prepare shipping documentation and fulfill special filing requests
Administrative Duties
Update project tracking and reporting systems
Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
Label and track shipments, flagging urgent deliverables
Provide regular updates to leadership
Recommend process improvements based on observations and feedback
Production Support
Prepare documents for scanning, perform scanning and quality control
Organize warehouse space and rotate shipments
Apply quality standards throughout the production cycle
Maintain work logs and tracking systems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Records Management or Librarian certifications are an asset
Skills & Competencies
Proficient with computers and office equipment
Strong written and verbal English communication
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Flexible to work outside standard hours when needed
Working Conditions
Based in Edmonton, AB
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
May require work outside of standard hours based on client needs
Physical tasks include moving boxes, organizing warehouse space, and vehicle loading/unloading
