The Campaign Manager is a key member of WoodGreen’s Corporate Engagement and Workforce Solutions Team. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in B2B environments, particularly within B2B SaaS, IT services, or digital product companies, who are proficient in executing campaigns using modern sales and marketing technology stacks. This role is built for a results-oriented professional who understands how to run employer-facing campaigns that drive measurable engagement, generate hiring leads, and convert opportunities through data-driven, tech-enabled outreach.
This role leads the campaign infrastructure that fuels WoodGreen’s employer outreach strategy. It is well-suited for someone with a background in B2B SaaS, IT services, or product-led campaigns who can balance targeting logic, execution speed, and measurable results.
What You Will Do
Own and maintain the quality of the employer database, ensuring all records are properly segmented based on ideal corporate profile (ICP) criteria
Lead signal-based outreach campaigns that leverage employer intent, hiring trends, and local labor market signals
Manage ICP and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across multiple employer sectors such as Construction, Security, Facilities, Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, and Financial sectors, etc..
Build and manage the MQL pipeline, ensure contextual handoff to account executives and job developers, and track conversion
Create and monitor funnel metrics and report on lead progression from engagement to closure
Act as a key connector between targeting strategy, digital campaign execution, and measurable employment outcomes
Campaign Strategy and Execution
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, and virtual events
Design campaigns aligned with sector-specific hiring triggers, workforce trends, and employer engagement goals
Build and maintain detailed campaign calendars that support program timelines and outreach priorities
Craft, test, and optimize messaging, email sequences, subject lines, and call-to-actions to improve open, click, and reply to rates
Coordinate with employer-facing teams to deliver contextual warm handoffs and ensure campaign-to-conversation continuity
Manage campaign workflows for pre- and post-event engagement, including hiring fairs and employer webinars
Lead Generation, Sharing, and Coversion Enablement
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted outreach
Share warm leads with Account Executives and Job Developers along with full campaign context, intent data, and engagement history
Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversion performance and track lead outcomes (hires, partnership, rejections, feedback loops)
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve lead quality, handoff experience, and message alignment
Provide timely support to AEs or Job Developers with lead re-engagement, additional outreach, or segmentation adjustments
Tools and Platform Utilization
Execute multi-step outbound campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemilist or others
Apply CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, to be determined) to manage segmentation, workflows, and campaign reporting
Integrate video prospecting tools (e.g. Loom, Vidyard, Sendspark, to be determined) to enrich outreach methods.
Use LinkedIn automation and InMail strategies for targeted connection building and B2B prospecting
AI and Signal-Based Personalization
Leverage AI tools for lead scoring, message personalization, sequence generation, and performance optimization
Implement signal-based targeting using tools like Clay or Apollo or Zoominfo to identify high-intent employer accounts
Use predictive and behavioral triggers to prioritize outreach and campaign timing
Analytics and Performance Management
Monitor and report on full-funnel campaign metrics including delivery, bounce, open, reply, MQL, SQL, and conversion rates
Generate and maintain campaign dashboards, outreach performance reports, and improvement logs
Document campaign playbooks, maintain message libraries, and support team-wide knowledge sharing
Targeting and Database Management
Own the quality and structure of the employer database including segmentation, enrichment, and ICP alignment
Prioritize leads and build employer segments based on industry, company size, intent signals, and hiring trends
Ensure data hygiene, tagging consistency, and CRM or equivalent infrastructure readiness for all campaign segments
Compliance, Equity, and Process Optimization
Ensure all outreach complies with privacy, anti-spam, and data usage regulations (e.g. CASL, GDPR)
Drive inclusive, equity-focused messaging and representation in all external communications
Contribute to campaign retrospectives and continuous improvement processes to refine strategy and execution
Perform other related duties as required to support Go to Market strategy, employer engagement, or internal training
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s or master’s degree major in Sales / Marketing, or a related discipline
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B campaign management, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or digital product organizations
Demonstrated expertise using outbound GTM platforms, including Apollo, Zoominfo, Instantly, Smarleads, and Lemlist, along with proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce
Demonstrated success in generating MQLs, nurturing leads, and driving conversion through the funnel
Proficiency in ICP development, segmentation logic, and personalized campaign flows
Familiarity with campaign analytics, performance dashboards, and lead scoring
Experience supporting employer-facing teams through data-driven outreach and real-time handoff
