Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Information Services team. This role will work closely with business users across departments to define, document, and translate requirements for report development and data enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to reporting and data needs. Document functional and technical specifications for new reports, dashboards, and data enhancements. Collaborate with developers and BI teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting solutions. Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions. Validate and test reports and data outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations. Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data quality standards. Maintain documentation and change logs for reporting and data-related projects. What you need to succeed: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on reporting and data Language: Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, English ( written & spoken required) Other Qualifications: Strong understanding of data models, relational databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, DAX, tabular models). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus. Language Skills: Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset but not required. Ability to organize work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and reporting deadlines. Demonstrates an understanding of how the job contributes to the overall work unit and takes the initiative to help with problem situations.
