We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Returns Specialist and SAP Key user to manage and process product returns efficiently and accurately. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring operational accuracy by handling returned merchandise, coordinating with relevant departments, and updating inventory systems Process and manager customer return request according to company policies and procedures Inspect returned items to determine their condition and eligibility for resale, refurbishment, defective or disposal Coordinate with customer service and or service team to resolve return-related inquiries and disputes. Prepare return shipments back to other facilities Communicate with other facilities regarding defective products and approval for returning Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce return rates and improve return handling Ensure compliance policies and relevant regulations concerning product returns During slower periods, provide support to the CSR team, creating quotes, answering phones, claim processing and replacement orders and returns SAP KEY USER Support the company with new projects in SAP Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end processes within your designated module(s) Ability to perform SAP transactions, create training documentation, and provide first-line support Familiarity with data extraction, reporting tools, and troubleshooting within SAP Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and/or international), depending on project or business needs. Flexibility to work in dynamic, project-driven environments. Comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-site team setting QUALIFICATIONS 1–3 years of experience in returns processing, logistics, customer service, or a related field Familiarity with inventory management systems and return management tools Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to train and support end-users effectively if applicable. PREFERED SKILLS Experience with SAP * Knowledge of reverse logistics and supply chain operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. WORK ENVIROMENT This role will mainly be based at our off-site facility. On site or hybrid will be required during slower periods of returns. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Travel to and from facilities is a must
