Description
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Partner Programs, the Digital Marketing and Partner Programs Manager is accountable to implement high-impact product marketing strategies for sophisticated clients and channel partners to enable their consumer experience.
As part of our team, you will work directly with clients and distribution partners to design, launch, and optimize digital marketing initiatives tailored to life and health insurance products. This position requires someone who can merge data-driven insights with a keen understanding of the insurance landscape to drive both client and partner success.
What you will do
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Support the development of targeted digital marketing strategies for life and health insurance products across paid search, social media, email, and other digital channels.
Utilize A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and personalization to drive qualified leads and maximize product engagement.
Channel Partner Management:
Foster strong relationships with sophisticated channel partners, collaborating on marketing strategies and aligning on goals to maximize product reach and performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing data insights and strategic recommendations.
Analytics & Insights:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) to track and optimize campaign performance.
Leverage insights to adjust strategies for life and health insurance products, continually improving return on investment (ROI) and engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their distribution goals. Manage expectations, deliver tailored recommendations, and maintain proactive, clear communication throughout each engagement.
Insurance Market Expertise:
Apply deep knowledge of life and health insurance products, regulations, and consumer needs within Canada to drive effective marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact digital distribution and consumer engagement in the insurance space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, data, and operations teams to ensure alignment in executing distribution strategies. Share insights and work together on initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or distribution within the life and health insurance industry.
Experience with clients and channel partners.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
Knowledge of life and health insurance products and the Canadian regulatory landscape preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
