In this role, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—bringing their spa journey full circle while educating them about our retail offerings. From assisting with bookings to guiding guests through their spa day, you’ll also inspire them to extend their experience at home by recommending products that support their needs and maintain their treatment results.
To thrive in this role, you should be a skincare enthusiast, confident in sales, knowledgeable about beauty trends, and able to build strong connections with guests through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and ensure every spa guest feels valued and prioritized
Perform check-in and check-out procedures, serving as the first point of contact
Guide guests throughout their spa visit with warmth and professionalism
Prepare personalized retail baskets in collaboration with Spa Care Experts
Confidently recommend and close sales on skincare and beauty products
Engage guests on the retail floor with thoughtful questions to understand their needs
Share information about spa services, promotions, and retail specials
Conduct basic skin consultations with guests when needed
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Accurately record guest details in the POS/booking system
Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
Provide support and encouragement to colleagues whenever possible
Availability
Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
About You
Strong customer service and communication skills
Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cosmetologist, skincare/beauty advisor, or related role
Additional education in cosmetology or a related field preferred
Solid knowledge of skin types and current skincare/beauty trends
Proven sales experience with ability to reach targets
Comfortable working under pressure
Basic math skills (tax, discounts, simple calculations)
Proficiency with POS/booking systems
English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Light lifting up to 12 kg (occasionally moving boxes or products)
Compensation
Hourly wage plus commission
