This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to firm leadership in key go-to-market activities. This role will play a key role in operationalizing the designed Line of Service (LoS) go-to-market strategy and support the Assurance LoS Markets leadership team to execute key initiatives, in line with the overall firm go-to-market strategy. The role will also be working with the Line of Service Chief of Staff and Clients and Markets team to support and deliver key responsibilities. Meaningful work you’ll be part of As a Sales Operations, Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting strategic sales planning and execution by preparing and analyzing yearly sales budgets, tracking performance, collaborating with industry sales operations for alignment, and facilitating Assurance sales plan development and implementation Delivering actionable insights on sales, pipeline, market intelligence, and client data to inform leadership decisions and ensure alignment with sales strategies in regular reporting by analyzing market trends, and Salesforce/ financial metrics Leading pipeline and forecast management by driving monthly business cadence, financial reporting, sales trend analysis, and monitoring target market performance to support strategic decision-making Championing Salesforce excellence through data quality oversight, user adoption coaching, protocol development, and delivery of special project reporting aligned with go-to-market initiatives Supporting Priority Account representation program management including driving priority accounts representation accountability and deliver insights Co-developing and executing sales strategies in partnership with leadership, supporting LoS alignment to industry, Priority Accounts, capability readiness, and product/BU product reviews to drive market growth Supporting Assurance markets leadership team on channel strategy planning and tracking, and further supporting and tailored pursuit materials, and collaboration with internal teams to identify new targets and support win strategies Leading the Assurance Key Pursuit Program, managing assurance strategic pursuits by tracking metrics, acting as Pursuit coach to support strategic account management and expansion of permissible services to target accounts Coordinating Pricing and Pursuit governance by driving committee meetings, preparing materials, and providing data-driven recommendations to support cross-Line of Service compliance and success Driving sales excellence across Assurance and Risk Services through playbook development, upskilling, and oversight of offshore support resources to support daily operations Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve PwC Canada is committed to cultivating an inclusive, hybrid work environment.
