Senior Technical Analyst
will serve as a
Tier 3 support lead
, working both independently and collaboratively across departments to resolve
complex issues, deliver technical solutions, and drive operational enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 support for a suite of specialized technical applications used
in mine planning, geotechnical analysis, and operational reporting.
- Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes for
critical application issues, working closely with Tier 2 teams and
infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and optimize C#/.NET-based solutions, including
enhancements, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, including T-SQL queries, stored
procedures, performance tuning, and data pipelines.
- Build and support Power BI dashboards and reports to meet operational and
reporting needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and vendors on system
implementation, configuration, release planning, and lifecycle management.
- Support system integrations and data workflows across engineering,
enterprise, and operational platforms.
- Work hands-on with technologies including Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps,
and Windows-based environments.
- Maintain accurate and current technical documentation, user guides,
and support procedures.
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage trends to proactively identify
and implement improvements.
- Contribute to initiatives around security, cloud compliance, and
overall system performance.
- Participate in agile project workstreams and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical
field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in Tier 3 application support, system analysis,
or technical solution delivery—preferably in the mining or industrial
sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, including debugging, enhancement,
and integration of enterprise applications.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, data
modeling, and performance optimization.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and
report/dashboard development.
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Azure SQL)
and DevOps pipelines.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python,
or JavaScript is an asset.
- Experience managing technical documentation, small system enhancements, and
participating in change and release management.
- Solid understanding of Windows-based environments,
including networking, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, particularly related to incident and change
management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in English is
required, and Spanish is a strong asset.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage tasks independently with minimal
supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support regional operations
and on-site collaboration.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s
relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
