Elmwood Spa — a trusted destination for relaxation and renewal for over 40 years — is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team of dedicated spa care professionals.
As part of our Spa Services team, you’ll work closely with Registered Massage Therapists and Aestheticians, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional and seamless spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support and guidance to Spa Care Experts (Aestheticians and Registered Massage Therapists) while handling guest inquiries and issues with care and professionalism.
Review and optimize appointment schedules daily and weekly to meet business needs and maximize productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve service-related challenges efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and payroll processing.
Ensure all spa services are delivered according to established protocols and timelines outlined in guest itineraries.
Address staff concerns, offering effective solutions and fostering a positive work environment.
Coach and mentor team members to maintain high service standards and compliance with training expectations.
Promote and uphold the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring all team members operate within established policies and procedures.
Monitor treatment rooms and service areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and spa standards.
Maintain a guest-first mindset at all times, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
Preferred: Certified Aesthetician or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with credentials from a reputable institute.
Candidates with equivalent education or experience (minimum 1 year) in spa operations, product knowledge, or body treatments will also be considered.
Product and treatment training may be required within the first 6 months if not already completed.

Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, and occasional sitting throughout the day.
Ability to climb short flights of stairs.
Upper limb coordination for tasks such as computer use and demonstrating treatment techniques.
Ability to lift/reach up to 10 kg and occasionally push/pull trolleys weighing up to 20 kg.
Work environment includes frequent interaction with guests and staff, and regulated indoor climate conditions.
