In this role, you’ll support the administration, training, and compliance of Registered Products, including RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, and RDSPs. You’ll also provide backup coverage for order entry and administration during absences, high-volume periods, or special projects. What you'll be doing: Provide primary and backup administration support for RDSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, RRSPs, FHSAs, and RRIFs. Process daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, contributions, rollovers, and maturities. Ensure all data from credit unions and agents is accurate, complete, and compliant with legislation. Manage monthly electronic files for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and remit incentive funds to credit unions and agents. Assist members, credit unions, and agents with questions regarding federal and provincial grants, bonds, or other incentives. Deliver training and guidance on registered products to credit union/agent staff, in person or remotely. Support back-office functions, including account reconciliations, estate-related inquiries, tax-season activities, statements, audits, and system testing. Maintain accurate member and client records, including closed accounts, returned mail, and secure electronic storage. What you have: 2+ years post-secondary education in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–6 years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in registered plan administration. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course or Canadian Investment Funds Course is an asset. Strong knowledge of tax-deferred products (RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, LIRA, LRIF, RLIF, RLSP, RESP, FHSA, RDSP). Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe). Understanding of federal and provincial pension legislation, estate and trust legislation, and regulatory reporting requirements. Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role.
