Description Our Surrey based property management client is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team.
**Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 - $120,000**

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of commercial buildings
- Oversee and provide daily direction to the Facility Managers, Building Engineers and Operators
- Partake in walkthroughs and inspections of tenanted spaces
- Perform showings for existing and prospective tenants
- Work regularly with senior management and brokers to ensure all listings and marketing materials and programs are up-to-date
- Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, including semi-annual and annual tenders for all properties to ensure that they are competitive
- Ensure all properties are managed to the company's standard and in accordance with the building's budget
- Work on CapEx projects with senior management and property management group
- Work with tenants to ensure that all lease and property management issues are resolved in a timely and amicable fashion
- Oversee and manage, including take for tender, TI and construction related projects as required
- Trips to all the buildings to inspect and meet with the Engineers as well as the tenants.
- Ensure monthly reporting is completed on time
- Ensure the rental payments are deposited right away upon receipt
The Successful Candidate: - Previous commercial property management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
