Job Description
We are looking to add documentary control analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining best practices in document management and project management solutions. The incumbent will also be responsible for document creation, revision, and template management, as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

Primary responsibilies
Plan and implement document management procedures; sending and tracking RFIs, transmittals, and shop drawings, as well as contract management support
Make recommendations based on the client's business needs and assist in the search for optimal document management platform or project management solutions, as needed
Manage templates and troubleshoot, as needed
Proof reading and formatting documents (reports, proposals, presentations, etc.)
Communicate information to the teams involved in the project
Ensure that the transfer and sharing of information meets the network security standards
Project sheet creation, as well as manage the control logs required for the project
Organize the reception, transmission, coding, classification, and archiving processes of all incoming and outgoing documents for the projects under their supervision
Take meeting minutes on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in document control, information governance, and/or administrative capacities
Excellent analytical skills, particularly with respect to technologies and databases
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Sharepoint
Adept at learning new softwares
Experience with paperless environments
