Your Team:
Join Flair’s Airport Operations team, where exceptional service and efficiency create a welcoming experience for every guest. Reporting to the Airport Operations Manager, the Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for greeting passengers and providing assistance throughout the check-in process at Flair’s pre-security counters. This role focuses on offering clear and friendly support with reservations, baggage, and general inquiries, while fostering an approachable and professional atmosphere during the busy holiday season. By maintaining a positive presence, the Ambassador helps deliver a smooth and welcoming airport experience that reflects Flair’s commitment to efficient and reliable service.
This temporary position is based on-site at our locations in Edmonton (YEG), Calgary (YYC), Vancouver (YVR), and Toronto (YYZ), starting from December 15, 2025, and ending on January 11, 2026.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide exceptional service to guests by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the pre-security check-in counter.
- Assist guests with the check-in process, including verifying reservations, sizing baggage, and responding to general inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanour, contributing to a smooth and supportive travel experience during the busy holiday season.
- Stay active and adaptable, assisting guests as needed and adjusting quickly to changing situations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and provide mutual support.
- Address guest concerns or questions with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to supervisors when required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring to the Role:

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience:

Previous customer service experience in aviation, hospitality, or retail is considered an asset.

Experience assisting customers with inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns in a courteous manner.

Familiarity with handling transactions, reservations, or check-in processes is considered an asset.

- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references.
