Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Shred Plant Coordinator- Union in Burnaby. We are looking for a highly reliable, trustworthy, and punctual team member to take on this dynamic role. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly reliable, trustworthy, and punctual team member ready to take the next step in their career. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Manage the daily operations of the shredding plant, ensuring the efficiency of shredding, baling, and material handling processes to meet targets. Provide direction, training, and supervision to the shredding technicians Operate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment like shredders, balers, and forklifts Be Implementing and enforcing company policies and industry standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 2 years of experience in the transportation, operations, or warehouse field.
