JOEY Restaurant Group is looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer who can bring their creative skills and production expertise to support the department in delivering first-class brand experiences across all touchpoints, engaging content, and impactful designs that drive marketing and sales goals across the organization.
As a Graphic Designer, your main responsibilities will include leading creative and production for projects and campaigns across all three brands — JOEY Restaurants, LOCAL Public Eatery, and SALTLIK. This includes creative planning and concepting for photoshoots and marketing briefs; menu and print design (including restaurant and corporate collateral, signage, and out-of-home); digital asset production across websites, paid and organic social media, email, and online advertising; video and photo editing; and creative support for new store developments.
The Graphic Designer will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and be results-driven — both a team player and a problem-solving leader who can move swiftly through changes and actively seek opportunities to improve branded materials and experiences.
Above all, the ideal candidate is passionate about staying on top of the latest graphic design trends and translating them uniquely across various mediums. This is a fixed-term, 18-month contract, based in-office in Vancouver, BC.

Collaborate with the Lead Creative and the rest of the Marketing Department to ensure assets are cohesive and aligned with brand voice and visual narratives.
Participate in brainstorm sessions, creative reviews, and campaign wraps, bringing constructive insight, fresh perspective, and innovative ideas to the table.
Provide art direction for internal and external creative support and collaborators, including freelance designers and photographers.
Lead and creative direct photoshoots, ensuring all brands are visually communicated within brand standards.
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while taking direction and incorporating feedback throughout the design process.
