Job Title: RMA Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RMA Administrator to join our team in Burnaby. The successful candidate will support all RMA activities for one of our product lines, handling a high volume of inbound requests via phone, email, and web portal.
Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process RMA requests from customers via email, phone, or Salesforce.
Verify product eligibility for return based on warranty, purchase history, and company guidelines.
Generate RMA documentation and communicate return instructions to customers.
Coordinate with the service team to inspect, test, and disposition returned items.
Update ERP (Great Plains) and Salesforce with RMA status, notes, and resolution details.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to resolve recurring issues.
Essential Skills
2+ years in purchasing functions with RMA experience.
1+ year in a manufacturing environment, ideally within purchasing functions.
Proficiency in ERP systems (GP or Oracle Fusion preferred) and basic MS Office skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong time management.
Ability to work with multifunctional teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills.
SCMP or APICS supply chain certifications, either completed or in progress.
Experience creating and processing purchase orders.
Experience interacting with and managing suppliers and vendors.
Work Environment
The position offers a flexible work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, starting between 8-9 am, for 8-hour days. There is a 3:2 work-from-home split, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday. The workplace is accessible by public transit and offers parking on a first-come, first-served basis. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop purchasing experience, with potential for advancement into a buyer role as the company expands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
