Floral Craftsman: Create jaw-dropping arrangements that capture the heart and imagination.
Customer Delight Ambassador: Engage with queries, fulfill unique requests, and add a sprinkle of magic with every client interaction.
Inventory Guru: From tulips in spring to chrysanthemums in fall, ensure we always stock the best and freshest.
Quality Champion: Uphold our standards, making sure they're always sky-high.
What’s in your toolkit?
An undeniable passion for flowers, from roots to the tiniest petal.
Pro-active sales technique with the ability to make our blooms irresistible.
Stellar communication skills; articulate visions beautifully.
Precision-focused attention to detail – spot that wilted petal from a mile away!
Tech savvy: proficient in MS Office, Teams, and other operational applications.
1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
