Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. and VINCI Construction Grands Projects are undertaking the design, build, and finance the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations, and Tunnel (South Civil) package.
As Ontario Transit Group, we are now mobilizing our design and construction crews, with major works. The South Civil contract is anticipated to be completed in 2030.
The project will strengthen Ontario’s economy by supporting an estimated 1,500 jobs at the peak of construction.
What is the project?
A six-kilometer tunnel and associated tunnelling works from Exhibition to Don Yard portal (west of the Don River).
Stations:
One above-ground station to be integrated with the existing GO Transit Exhibition Station.
Two underground stations to be integrated with the existing TTC Osgoode and Queen subway stations.
Four new underground stations (King/Bathurst, Queen/Spadina, Moss Park, Corktown).

Job Description
The site administrator will play a crucial role in the efficient management and operation of the administrative, logistical, and financial coordination of the construction site. It will have a focus on monitoring deliveries, managing material orders, tracking personnel attendance, and supporting budget control. This individual will act as the primary point of contact with suppliers, procurement and finance. The coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day all the above activities in a timely manner.
Delivery Monitoring
Receive materials and equipment on site.
Check delivery compliance (quantity, quality, deadlines).
Maintain an up-to-date delivery log.
Report any discrepancies or delays to relevant stakeholders.
Order Management
Place orders based on site requirements.
Track delivery timelines and follow up with suppliers.
Archive purchase orders and deliveries
Collaborate with the procurement department and site manager.
Time Tracking
Collect daily attendance sheets.
Enter working hours into tracking systems.
Identify discrepancies or absences and report to HR.
Financial
Allocate costs to appropriate budget lines.
Prepare monthly accruals for goods and services received but not yet invoiced.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Construction industry/ Plant management knowledge
Preferrable:
Power BI Report Knowledge
Previous experience in system/ERP management
