Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
Assist guests with the coat check process, ensuring efficiency and care.
Hang, organize, and retrieve coats and personal items using the numerical order system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional coat check area at all times.
Handle lost or misplaced items accurately and discreetly, completing all required documentation.
Communicate effectively with guests, management, and team members to support smooth operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience and overall team success.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal communication abilities, with confidence in handling guest inquiries or concerns.
Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining composure under pressure.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variable workload.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or hang coats repeatedly throughout a shift.
