The Amazon Devices Account Management team develops relationships with non
Amazon retailers to expand product selection and distribution in physical retail
locations where customers can experience all of Amazon's devices and accessories
first hand in the real world. We anticipate customer and partner needs, meet our
customers where they shop, and engage throughout the product lifecycle. We
enable the invention and sales of new and engaging devices and services that
customers around the world love.
Key job responsibilities
The role is focused on our Canada OSM business and responsible for managing
existing relationships in the CE, Office, Specialty Retail, and Grocery/Drug
store, and Telco channels, a Distributor, and onboarding new accounts for Amazon
1P Devices. The AM builds creative solutions for business requirements across
all of Amazon's exciting new Alexa, Echo and other 1P Devices and Services. The
role owns the creation of sales and marketing strategies, promotional activities
and deployment strategies.
Key job responsibilities include:
• Manage existing relationships and developing new accounts to sell and promote
Amazon devices and accessories.
• Negotiate trading terms (e.g., discount rate, advertising, placement, returns
provisions, payment terms, freight terms) for assigned accounts
• Lead internal and external business reviews covering strategic initiatives
• Create initial sales forecasts, determine allocations, and plan shipments for
each SKU
• Optimize allocation of marketing development funds
• Collect business and market intelligence
About the team
Our team has three primary focus areas. We accelerate sales growth, improve
financial and supply chain decisions through science and enable automation and
scale throughout Devices through technology and process automation. Basic
Qualifications: - 4+ years of account or relationship management, small business
logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including
communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using analytical, account management, and
productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau,
or similar

The base salary for this position ranges from $86,000/year up to $143,500/year.
Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of
compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in
addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
